ARDPM: an Adenine Base Repairing sgRNA Database of Pathogenic Point Mutation

ARDPM (Adenine Base Repairing sgRNA Database of Pathogenic Point Mutation) is a database of G.C > A.T pathogenic point mutation repairing single guide RNA, which is achieved by A > G base editing mediated by PAM-less adenine base editors (PAMless-ABEs). It provides all the available sgRNAs of PAMless-ABEs to repair G.C > A.T pathogenic point mutations from the ClinVar database . Each sgRNA shows complete information, including the position of the target edit base, the bystander edits number, PAM, and the sgRNA sequence. Users can select the appropriate sgRNA for specific G.C > A.T pathogenic point mutation repair.
